These mobs are in groups and are connected to the Amani'shi Guardians. You will aggro the Savages when you pull the Guardians. The Guardians can reset, but the Savages will target others in the raid and go after them, even if the person pulling them is killed and nobody else has performed any actions. They can see through stealth. They have low health and can be easily killed with AoE. One mage is able to solo a group of Savages while the Guardians are tanked elsewhere.

Basic Melee:  Hits for 250-350 on cloth.
Hamstring:  Hamstring for 50 damage plus slowing effect.
